PLAN :
Preparation
of Individual farm development plan through the stake holder
participation is an important activity which helps the stakeholder in
focusing on his goals for the future..
This is a five year plan. Crop cultivation based on
the suitability of the land, water and soil conservation structures,
fencing, open well construction so on are taken up as development
measures-for the land. This is known as 'farm plan' . Besides the
stake holders also prepare a plan for their personal goals like house
construction electrification of the house, gobargas construction,
children education, marriage, conduct of festivals etc are also planned
and budget for these activities are planned. These plans are recorded in
a book to be reviewed by visitors and other stakeholders
Annual farm plan :
In this annual plan, the beneficiaries will plan the activities to
implement every year for five years. Every plan is drawn with the active
involvement of the beneficiary with the experts and the project staff.
The implementation of the plan takes place in phases
Plan inspection :
At every stage the Sevanirathas, supervisors, project officers and the
auditors inspects the implementation of the plan and the quality of the
work done is assessed
Sevanirathas ensure proper implementation of the plan. He sees to that
all the planned activities are implemented in the land. It the plan is
not followed, he identifies the problem and rectifies it. He visits
regularly to observe the progress achieved. The Supervisors will go
through the plan and approves it if appropriate. He keeps a track on the
activities of the Sevanirathas to ensure a good relationship between the
beneficiary and the project staff. To ensure proper implementation of the
plan he keeps a track of the progress and also pays surprise visits to the
field.
The Project officers, auditors and the Project coordinators monitor the
activities through the supervisors and through field visits. They also go
through the financial statements and check the amount released and the
amount spent for the particular activity.
