Purpose of Loan Utilization Statement
- This statement is prepared by the branch and issued to the head office for sanctioning the total loan amount.
Purpose of Loan Master Report
- Provides full details of the Loan issued to a group.
Portfolio Tracking System Reports
Purpose of Repayment Schedule
- It includes Installment Number, Installment Due Date, Installment Amount (Principal & Interest Amount)
- It is given to the group member who has taken the loan.
Purpose of Loan Distribution Statement
- It includes Loan Amount, Interest Rate, Number of Installments, Purpose of loan, etc.
- Lists individual loans issued to the groups.
Purpose of Loan Distribution Summary Report
- It includes Loan Amount, Group type, Purpose of loan, etc.
- Lists number of loans issued to the groups.
Purpose of Loan Status Report
- It includes loan amount, collected principal and interest amount and outstanding principal and interest amount.
- Describes loan recovery so far and total outstanding loan amount.
Purpose of Monthly Demand Statement
- It includes Principal and interest amount due, bank account number, bank name etc.
- Lists loan installment due for the month.

- Lists loan installment due along with recovery for the month.
Purpose of Interim Payment Statement

- It includes group name, account number and Installment amount.
- Lists monthly installment to be collected by the bank.
Purpose of New Groups
- Lists the new groups, along with village, Number of members, bank details etc.
Purpose of Closed Groups
- Lists the closed groups, along with village,closed date etc.
Purpose of Completed Loan Details
- It includes Loan amount, loan issue date, date of last installment, Total Repaid amount including Interest etc.
- Lists the loan with 100% recovery.
