Under the Swagruha Housing Program, SKDRDP provides selected families with exclusive long-term (520 weeks) housing loans of up to Rs. 100,000 to construct their homes. Should families require more than Rs. 100,000, SKDRDP will assess the repayment capacity of these families and provide long term repayments of up to 10 years for housing loans. 

Apart from assisting to build houses, cost-effective technologies are also imparted to beneficiaries of the Swagruha Program.
